Guidelines for health, safety and work environment for our employees, hired staff and partners

HSE manual

We have a set of guidelines for health, safety and work environment for our employees, hired staff and partners. The handbook is available in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish and English and are adapted to the the regulations and requirements in each of the countries in which we operate. On our local pages you can download the local HSE handbook.

We will work safely - or not at all

We will work safely - or not at all. Our goal involves commitment and can only be achieved if we all take daily responsibility for HSE work. Implementing good HSE work is challenging. In line with our policy for health, working environment and safety we must always organise safe execution of work tasks and work preventively in order to reduce the risk of injury to health, both physical and stress-related. No one shall be injured or become sick by working for us and we must take responsibility for both ourselves and our colleagues. Ensuring safe workplaces and compliance with regulations across diverse projects at various phases, subject to steadily changing framework terms and conditions, with tradespersons from our subcontractors in and out of projects every day is far from a simple task. It is therefore important that we lead by example and take a leading role in this work.
